Happy hunting
Happy hunting....to all my beautiful dogs who have had lovely lives with either me or their beloved owners. If only they could live on forever...although, of course they do in our hearts
Delsanto Frederick
Freddie, the gorgeous.....he lived in near Berwick upon Tweed with Simon & Margot and had a lovely life as a country dog. He was born in 1996 and was successful in his youth as a show dog -qualifying for Crufts and getting a placing in Junior Dog. He passed away in December 2008. A very sad day for us all. He is still missed & remembered with very fond memories. Freddie touched a lot of people with his funny antics.
DELSANTO FREDERICK (Freddie) (1/1/96 - 26/12/08)
( Sh Ch Delsanto Lucinda x Sh Ch Konakakela Zagar by Romarne)
Freddie, the gorgeous - he became a country dog!!!!
Delsanto Martinique (Lauren)
Lauren was Maisies sister and she was a very successful young show dog belonging to Diane & Ian McDonald. I had the great pleasure of handling her, she was an absolute joy to show. Sadly Lauren developed a tumour in her mouth in April 2007. This was removed & she had radiotherapy but unfortunately the tumour returned & she sadly lost her fight on 19th November 2007. We were all devasted to lose this wonderful girl - she has left a lasting memory. Happy hunting Lauren.
DELSANTO MARTINIQUE (Lauren) 11/3/2005 - 19/11/2007)
(Delsanto English Rose x Sh Ch Delsanto Isaac JW)
Delsanto Louis
Sh Ch Delsanto Roxanne x Sh Ch Marksway Marquis
I met Frances & Paul Davis from Norwich through Louis who was the brother of my own Sh Ch Delsanto Lucinda ( Lottie). He had a great life with his Irish setter companion Raffles
SH CH DELSANTO LUKE (Joshua)
I met Sue Edwards in 1992. She wanted a son of Sh Ch Marksway Marquis and was pointed in my direction. She was new to the show world but wanted to try it so she took Delsanto Luke who was a novices dream. For an Irish Setter he was easy to show and had lots of successes ending up a Show Champion with 3 CC's & 2 RCC's. He was used at stud and he produced a son who became Sh Ch Cedrus Solitaire who was a Championship Show Gundog Group winner. So, through the wonderful world of dogs , I met Sue who has been a good friend over the many years
DELSANTO EARL (Harvey)
(Sh Ch Delsanto Roxanne x Sh Ch Konakakela Zagar by Romarne)
Harvey was litter brother to my own Rosy (Delsanto English Rose) & also to the top winning bitch from the Delsanto kennel, Delsanto Eleanor of Jennison (for pictures of Elly go to /anothershowchampionshchdelsantoeleanor_300273.html ).
Harvey lived in Chelmsley Wood, Birmingham with his owners Albert, Carmen & family & every Xmas, new pictures of Harvey appeared, usually with him lying on the settee having an extremely hard life!!
Harvey sadly now passed away whilst on his daily walk in October 2007 when he collapsed. At least he did not suffer & died doing what he liked to do the most.He leaves a big gap in everyones heart.
